We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy for orders shipped to the United States. You may return eligible items within 14 days of receipt, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition
- All tags and labels are still attached
- Items are returned in their original packaging
Please note the following conditions for US returns:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Any import duties, customs fees or taxes paid upon delivery are non-refundable, as these are collected by U.S. customs authorities and not by STRENESSE.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in USD.
