Shipping usually takes between three and five working days, depending on your location, but may take up to seven days for some destinations.
As soon as you place an order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation at the email address you provided. Please also check your spam folder, as automated emails can unfortunately sometimes end up there by mistake. If you still can't find it, please contact us.
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we can gladly change or cancel it. Once it has been shipped, unfortunately, no changes or cancellations are possible.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review your request and adjust it if necessary.

Within Germany, shipping is free for orders over €200.

Returns, exchanges & complaints
Once your return has been received and checked, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Please note that processing may take a few working days after the package has arrived at our facility.
Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued via the originally chosen payment method.
Depending on the payment provider, this can take up to 10 working days.
Returns can only be accepted if the goods are in perfect, unworn condition and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, damaged, or returned without their original packaging.
In this case, we will of course send the item back to you.
