Shipping, shipping costs and delivery times
Strenesse Online Shop delivers to addresses in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
We regret that delivery to other countries is not possible at present.

We deliver your order to any address you request. This enables you to choose delivery addresses which differ
from your main address. However, please enter your main address as the billing address. For security reasons,
credit card payment must be made for deliveries to a delivery address other than the billing address.
IMPORTANT: Strenesse uses the invoice address to identify you as a customer and may, in some cases, run a credit check
to avoid payment defaults. Please note that because of this, it is important that you state your personal private address,
even if you would like the delivery to be sent to another address such as your workplace.
Different delivery address
If you wish your order to be delivered to a DHL Packstation, your office, a relative, friend or neighbour,
please enter the relevant address in Step 1 of the order process, "Shipping", under "Different delivery address".
This address will be used only for shipping your Strenesse order and will not be used for creditworthiness checks
or marketing purposes.
Delivery to a DHL Packstation
We are naturally happy to deliver German orders to a DHL Packstation. Since in this case the delivery address differs from the billing
address, payment for delivery to a Packstation must be made by credit card.
We regret that delivery cannot be made to P.O. box addresses.
Shipping costs are the same for all countries, regardless of size of order and method of payment.
Orders within Germany received before 2 pm Monday to Friday are generally delivered within 2 to 3 working days.
Orders received after 2 pm require 3 to 4 working days.
Please allow 3 to 4 working days for deliveries to Austria. Deliveries to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg
likewise require 3 to 4 working days.
When express delivery is requested for orders placed before 12 noon, delivery is within 24 hours. However, please
note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Express delivery applies only to orders within Germany
and is subject to a charge of 12.50 EUR. For security reasons, credit card payment is required for express deliveries.
Where payment is made by credit card, in a few exceptional cases the delivery times given here may be extended by up to
one day, since goods are only shipped after acceptance of the payment by the credit institute in question. This procedure
is for the security of our customers and to eliminate credit card fraud.
We will notify you immediately by e-mail when we receive your order and when your order is shipped.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order leaves our logistics centre, you will receive a separate e-mail containing your shipment tracking
number. Go to www.dhl.de and enter this tracking number to view the
shipping status of your order.
Loss of orders
As soon as your shipment leaves our warehouse, you will receive shipping confirmation by e-mail. Please contact our
Service Team if your shipment fails to arrive within five working days after this notification at the latest.
